Board is only able to download transactions that have cleared, this can take a few days for your bank to complete the transaction. Even if you see the record in your bank site it may be pending and Board will not always download a pending record, it varies bank by bank.
Make sure you are using the latest release and generally wait 48-72 hours to check if your newest or missing transactions have appeared, also check your online banking for 'available balance and current balance' - The available balance for your account may differ from the current balance because of pending transactions that have been presented against the account but have not yet been processed. ... If transactions are still missing then contact us (click the Submit a request button below) with details:
- screenshots (full-size screenshots of bank statements with all specific transactions) showing amounts of the incorrect or missing transactions.
- specific details about which bank.
- account details (Last 4 digits and account name as stated in the Board app)
- dates (from: - to:)
If your account is not updating in Board, you'll need to contact us (click the Submit a request button below). Missing transactions must be manually entered for them to appear in Board.
Android:
- Settings
- Accounts
- Select your account to edit
- Disconnect and add the missing transactions manually
- Reconnect the account
- Select "already connected account"
- proceed to select the account to reconnect.
iOS:
- Go to "more"
- Settings
- Accounts
- Select your account to edit
- Disconnect/unsync bank and add the missing transactions manually
- Reconnect the account
- Select "already connected bank"
- proceed to select the account to reconnect.
