When you create an account in Board, you can choose from these options:
- Cash - use this account type to track your cash transactions and balance of your cash register(s) or petty cash
- Current account - use this account type to represent your current (checking) account in your bank
- Account with overdraft - use this account type in case your bank current (checking) account comes with an overdraft limit
- Credit card - use this account type for your tracking your credit card transactions, credit balance and yet available credit
- Saving account - use this account type for savings, or term deposit accounts
- Loan - use this account type to represent your existing loan account at your bank.
- General - use this account type for any kind of assets where you want to track your money movements manually
