Connecting your Board account to your existing bank account is supported for selected banks only. The process of connecting is determined by your bank policies that may require various authentication and authorization methods, typically the same ones used in your internet banking application.
When you successfully connect your bank account, Board will initially download 2 months history of your accounts and set the balance to match your actual situation. From that moment the account will sync daily with your bank. However, as some banks require the manual authorization of the sync, you may be prompted by Board to manually sync every time you want to refresh your data.
