You can contact support team directly through the mobile app:
- Android
- go into the side menu and scroll down to 'Help'.
- iOS
- go into 'More' in the bottom right corner of your screen.
From either platform you can access the Help articles in our knowledge base, leave us feedback or suggestions.
We're a small team and we may not be able to send a personal response to you. However, we read every message. Individual support is a Premium feature, but every notification we receive about bugs and other concerns helps us to improve Wallet. If we need more information from you, we will contact you.
If you have a problem (where relevant), it will help us a lot if you attach a video where we will see the whole process up to the moment where you have a problem / or print screens.
Support team is currently available 5 days a week, 9:30 AM - 6 PM Central European Time.
