Go to Settings / Categories to customize the category tree to best represent your specific business structure. The 1st level of the tree is fixed, but level 2 and 3 are open to customization.
At the second level of the category tree, you can rename all the categories to match your convention. You can also choose to hide a category so that it will not be listed anywhere in Board. We also plan Board enhancement to enable you to add more custom categories at level 2.
You can break down categories from level 2 into as many categories as you wish at level 3. Here you can choose any name, icon, and colour for the custom defined category.
