Currently, you do not see this section in the menu temporarily, even though you should. This situation arose due to maintenance and improvements being made to this part of our service.
What can you expect in future releases?
Our development team is working on resolving this situation, and in upcoming releases, the "My Tickets" button will be available again. This will allow easy access to all your active tickets.
What will happen to the history of old tickets?
Upon the return of the "My Tickets" section, you will only be able to see your new tickets. However, the history of your old tickets will still be accessible. This data is not lost! You should check your email inbox, where you will find all the history of your tickets and will still be able to respond to them.
How to find the history of your tickets in your email inbox:
- Open your email inbox.
- Search for emails from our system related to your tickets.
- These emails will contain information about your old tickets and all previous communication.
